QMS will be implementing more Restorative Justice Practices this year to help both staff and students with communication and conflict resolution. You may be asking yourself, “what is restorative justice?” Put simply, restorative justice in education or schools is a practice that empowers students to resolve conflicts on their own and in small groups, and it's a growing practice at schools around the country.  The main part of this implementation will take place in advisory in the form of classroom circles and discussions. Additionally, restorative justice will be used to resolve conflict between students and/or conflict between student and staff. This process is essential for continued success for all.
